- CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made sixty days or more prior to your date of occupancy will receive a refund of all monies paid less the $200 reservation deposit.
Cancellations made less than sixty days prior to your date of occupancy will receive no refund of any monies paid, except the security deposit.**
**We will make every effort to re-rent the cottage for your dates. If re-rented, we will refund your monies paid minus the $200.00 non-refundable deposit.
We are sure that you will be more than pleased with your accommodations at Shoreside Cottage, as no detail has been overlooked. The following rates include everything you need for a home-away-from-home, stress free get-away! We look forward to hearing from you.
2023 SEASONAL RATES
Summer Week (Memorial Day through Labor Day)
Weekly Rentals Only: $2,300*
Check In: Friday, 3:00 PM
Check Out: Friday, 10:00 AM
In addition, there are many off-season weekend and weekday blocks available during the rest of the year. You can choose to have an early check-in on Fridays and late check-out on Sunday evenings or Monday afternoons. We do ask for a two-night minimum.
2023 OFF-SEASON RATES
Weekend Rentals
(Before Memorial Day and after Thunder in the Strip)
Per Night: $350*
Check In: Friday, 3:00 PM
Check Out: Tuesday, 10:00 AM
*All rates are subject to an 8% bed tax and require a $400.00 refundable security deposit against loss and/or damage. 50% of the full rental amount including the tax is due between February 1-April 1, depending on when your reservation is made. Balance (final 50% of rental and tax and full security deposit) is due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy.
Personal Checks and Cashier's Checks accepted.
